快速康复外科护理在Quadrant通道下治疗腰椎间盘突出症 中的应用效果 (解放军第一八四医院骨科，江西鹰潭，335000) 目的 探讨快速康复外科护理在Quadrant通道下治疗腰椎间盘突出症 围手术期护理屮的应用效果。方法将收治的100例采用Quadrant通道治疗的腰 椎间盘突出症患者随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用快速康复外科围手术期 护理理念，对照组采用常规围手术期护理方法。比较两组患者住院时间、术后下 床活动时间、进食时间、疼痛视觉模拟评分、术后并发症及患者满意度。结果 观 察组术后住院时间、下床活动时间和疼痛评分明显低于对照组(Plt;0.05),观 察组患者满意度明显高于对照组(Plt;0.05),术后无并发症发生。结论 快速 康复外科护理理念在Quadrant通道下治疗腰椎间盘突出症是可行的、有效的， 能提高患者满意度，明显缩短住院时间，更好的促进患者早口康复。 关键词 Quadrant通道；腰椎间盘突出症；快速康复外科；护理干预 屮图分类号R473.6 A Rapid rehabilitati on surgery n ursi ng in Quadra nt cha nnel treatme nt effect of lumbar disc herniat [Abstract] Objective To in vestigate rapid rehabilitatio n surgery nu rsing in Quadra nt channel treatment effect of lumbar disc herniation in perioperative nursing? Methods 94 cases of lumbar disc herniation patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group with rapid rehabilitation surgery perioperative nursing concept, the control group using conventional methods of perioperative nursing? Comparison of two groups of patients in hospital time, postoperative ambulation time, eating time, visual analog pain score, complications and patient satisfaction after surgery. Results in the observation group, postoperative hospitalization time, ambulation time and pain scores were sign讦icantly lower than those of the control group (Plt;0.05), patient satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (Plt;0.05), no postoperative complications. Conclusion rapid rehabilitation surgery n ursi ng con cept in Quadra nt cha nnel in the treatme nt of lumbar disc her niation is feasible and effective, and can improve the satisfaction of patients, shorten the hospitalization time, and better promote the early recovery of the patients.
