晚期胆系恶性肿瘤化疗方案的探索 杨金旗 ［摘 要］目的分析晚期胆系恶性肿瘤化疗方法及效果。方法收集我院2009 年11月?2010年口月期间诊治的晚期胆系恶性肿瘤患者110例作为研究对象, 以患者的化疗方法将其分为试验组(60例)与对照组(50例)，对照组患者采用 替吉奥化疗方案，试验组患者采用吉西他滨联合顺钳化疗方案，对两组患者的化 疗效果进行分析对比。结果研究结果显示，试验组中未出现完全缓解病例，15 例部分缓解，稳定32例,进展13例,有效率为25.0%,病情控制率为78.33%, 对照组中未出现完全缓解病例，5例部分缓解，稳定24例，进展21例，有效率 为10.0%,病情控制率为58.0%,试验组总有效率和病情控制率均显著高于对照 组(Plt;0?05)。试验组无进展生存期为5.2个月?7.2个月，平均(6.12plusmn;1.24) 个月,生存期为6.2个月?27.4个月,平均(16.54plusmn;2.97)个月,对照组无 进展生存期为5.2个月?7?3个月,平均(6.16plusmn;1.34)个月，生存期为6.3 个月-14.1个月,平均(10.63plusmn;2.12)个月,两组患者无进展生存期比较 无明显差异，而试验组生存期明显长于对照组(Plt;0?05)。结论对晚期胆系 恶性肿瘤患者实施吉西他滨联合顺钳化疗具有良好的临床疗效，能有效提高化疗 效果，延长患者的生存期，值得在临床应用上推广。 ［关键词］晚期胆系恶性肿瘤化疗方法效果 D0l:10.3760/cma.j.issn.0376-2491.2015.16.039 单位252300,山东省聊城市，阳谷县人民医院肿瘤科 The late bile exploratio n of malig nant tumor chemotherapy regime ns Yang Jinqi Abstract Objective: to analyze the late bravery is a malignant tumor chemotherapy method and effect.
