武汉市青山区结核病防治规划9年实施效果分析 王道国1周美兰2田枫1刘倩1 (1武汉市青山区结核病防治所430080； 2武汉市结核病防治所430030) 【中图分类号】R521【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085 (2012) 5-0093-04 【摘要】目的分析评价青山区结核病防治规划(2002?2010年)lt;以下简称 《规划》gt;实施效果，为下一步制定结核病防治工作的可持续发展策略提供科 学依据，方法 根据《规划》终期评估资料，对2001年1月一2009年12月期间 《规划》实施情况进行分析评价。结果《规划》实施覆盖范围以社区为单位达 到100%,可疑肺结核病人就诊率从2permil；o提高到2.9permil；o涂阳病人治 愈率达到96.11%,其中初治涂阳治愈率96.25%,复治涂阳治愈率95.15%,《规 划》期内产生的直接经济效益是投入病人发现治疗成木的503.35。结论青山 区《规划》实施情况良好，DOTS覆盖率新发涂阳病人发现率涂阳病人治愈率都 超过了湖北省的《规划》指标，取得了很好的经济社会效益，为制定下一个10 年规划(2011?2020年)打下了很好的基础。《规划》期间各级政府投入经费, 产牛的直接经济效益是很可观的，即《规划》每投入1元产牛间接经济效益503.35 yu o 【关键词】结核 肺/防治 规划效果 An analysis on the results of nine-year implementation of the tuberculosis control plan in qingshan district, wuhan Wang daoguol, Zhou meilan2, Tian fengl, Liu qianl 【Abstract】 Objective This study is intended to analyze and evaluate the results of the implementation (2001 ?2011) of the Tuberculosis Control Plan (hereinafter referred to as the Plan) in Qingshan District, Wuhan, and to provide a scientific basis for setting a sustainable development strategy for the tuberculosis control in the next step. Method To evaluate and access the data collected between Jan 2001 and Dec 2009 during the implementation of the Plan. Results The implementation of the Plan has covered 100% of the District measured in communities. The con sultatio n rate of suspected pulm on ary tuberculosis patie nts has in creased from 2permil; to 2.9permit the cure rate has reached to 96.11% for patients with smear-positive tuberculosis, among which 96.25% for the new cases, and 95.15% for the re-treatment cases, the direct economic benefit of the implementation of the Plan is 503.35 times of the cost in patientsrsquo; detection and treatment. Conclusion The Plan has been well implemented in Qingshan District. The DOTS coverage, the detection rate of new smear positive patients and the cure rate of smear positive patients are all above the requirement in the Provincial Plan in Hubei, and significa nt economic and social ben
