摘 摘 要 羊绒脱色工艺主要针对羊绒本身所带的各种不同颜色进行一定的化学处理， 在对羊绒纤维产生较小的损伤韵前提下，脱去纤维中所含的各种色素。这种工艺 处理方法的关键在于脱色后羊绒纤维的各项性能的变化不能破坏纤维原有的特 殊品质。同时，针对不同的羊绒纤维品种，需要分别制定不同的脱色工艺，最大 限度地减少化学处理对羊绒品质产生不良的影响。 羊绒纤维脱色工艺的制定，在已有的一些脱色工艺的基础上，对过去的工艺 中存在的缺陷及不足进行了理论分析，从而提出了更为合理有效的工艺原则及试 验方法。在脱色处理得到了明显的效果后，还通过分析对比脱色纤维在后期使用 中的性能变化情况，从而对脱色工艺的实用价值进行验证评价。采用这种脱色方 法进行处理过的羊绒纤维，在使用中要根据产品的特点，合理使用，可以取得很 好的效果。 脱色工艺在小试成功的基础上进行了较大批量生产，处理使用结果具有明显 的效果，从而为这一工艺的确认提供了有利的实践基础，使这种工艺可以有效地 应用于生产实际中。羊绒纤维在脱色后用于羊绒制品的生产，达到了增加原料的 使用价值，提高原料的有效利用率，扩大羊绒的使用范围的目的。可以增加一定 的经济效益。 关键词：山羊绒脱色性能染色 ABST从CT’I。he ABST从CT ’I。he cashmere decolorization process mainly mearlS the certain chemistry processing on the cashmere’s own different colors，and to take offall kinds of pigment included in the fiber on the basis ofensure the smaller damage to the cashlTtere fiber．The key process ofthis method is to change fiber’s performance on every item without destroying the special quality of fiber after decelouring． Meanwhile，different decolorization processes are needed separately to different cashmere fiber and the effects ofthe chemistry processing to the cashmere’S quality should be reduced on the maximum linIits． The decolorization processing ofcashmere fiber in this research is based on the previous decolourization pmcessing methods，to overcome the defect and insufficient in carrying on theory analysis，thus proposed the more reasonable effective process principle and the testing method．Obtained the obvious effect after decolorization processing，but also must have to use through the analysis contrast decolorization． Cashmere fiber in the later period the performance change situation，comes to carry on the confirmation appraisal to the decolorizafion process practical value．Uses this decolorization methodⅨaTies on has processed cashmere fiber,should be according to the difference ofthe products produced in concrete use，reasonably matches the use， only then can obtain the very good use effect． Decolourization process it goes on to be relatively a large amount ofba
