PAGE PAGE 3 摘要 经济的发展、社会的进步、文明程度的不断提高，为人们带来可以享有休 闲生活的机遇。积极健康的休闲生活有助于人的全面发展和自我实现，有助于 社会的和谐和进步。研究生是一个特殊的群体，相对于受过高等教育的本科生 而言，他们的心智更加成熟；相对于已参加工作的同龄人而言，他们拥有更多 的闲暇时间。他们的研究前沿而进步，其发展在未来将推动着整个社会的发展， 先进和开阔的思想将促进研究生在未来的社会生活中把工作和休闲安排的更加 合理、平衡，从而获得高质量的生活。因此，关注他们的休闲生活意味着关注 他们的成长，即未来社会发展中坚力量的成长。 本文采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、逻辑归纳等方法，对山西省高 校研究生的在校休闲生活现状作了较为全面的实证分析，主要包括其时间分配 的情况及性别、年级、专业差别等因素的影响，以及研究生对于休闲的认识和 动机、休闲满意度和休闲活动的内容等；进而指出他们休闲生活中存在的问题 并对产生问题的原因加以分析；最后，本文提出通过高校休闲教育的具体实施、 研究生自我教育的提升，并配合以公众媒体的宣传和社会休闲设施的建设、开 放、完善和更新的支持，从研究生自身方面和外部环境方面合力改善其休闲生 活质量的建议和对策。 【关键词】研究生 休闲 Abstract The economic development, social improvement and increasing enhancement of civilization provide people with the opportunity of enjoying leisure life. Positive and healthy leisure life is helpful to people’s all-round development and self-realization, and is helpful to social harmony and progress. Postgraduates are of a special group. Compared to the undergraduates in higher education, their minds are more mature; compared to peers who had jobs, they have more leisure time. Their research is advancing and progressive, their development will promote the development of the whole society in the future. Advanced and open thought will promote to make their work and leisure time more reasonable and balanced in the future social life, so as to possess the life of high quality. Therefore, paying attention to their leisure life means to pay attention to their growth, namely, to the growth of core force in the future development. This paper uses literature, questionnaire, mathematical statistics and the logical induction method to make an overall analysis of postgraduates’ leisure life on the campus in Shanxi province. The analysis mainly includes postgraduates’ time distribution and the influence that caused by gender, grade and major differences; postgraduates’ notion and motivation for leisure, leisure satisfaction and contents of leisure activity.
