中北大学学位论文 中北大学学位论文 Study on Physically Vulnerable Groups of Some CommonCo11eges in Shan Xi Participating in Sporting Activities Abstract This thesis analyzed the current situation and influencing factors of the weak group in physical exercises in some colleges and universities of Shanxi Province through the method of document and comparative method to provide advices or countermeasures to help the weak group in physical exercises in colleges and universities to take part in physical exercises better. The result shows that the main form of weak group in physical exercises in colleges and universities of Shanxi Province to take part in physical exercises is Health Care Courses which is once or twice a week and most of them are more than 30 minutes every time. The main physical exercise programs of weak group in physical exercises are Chinese martial arts, Qigong and Healthy Maintenance; the students do sports in stadiums or vacant lot on campus and most of them don’t have goals or plans of physical exercises. The influencing factors are the 7 parts as follows in the order: curriculum, subjective cognition, campus culture, the environment of sports, physical quality, teachers’ quality and family and society. According to the result of the research, the author suggests that the colleges and universities should increase the input in stadiums and sport equipments; bring in professional teachers of Health Care Courses or provide specialized training to current teachers; expand physical programs that suitable for weak group, perfect the target system of Health Care Course, design the organization and teaching methods of courses and establish a scientific and reasonable assessment methods to provide full services to weak group in physical exercises to take part in sports better.
