II II Abstract How to accord to enterprises of a supply chain with the relative theories and methods, is not only one of the key questions of supply chain management but also a new research direction of supply chain management at the same time. to improve and solve the problems in collaborate ，strengthen the cooperation among enterprises，optimize the operation performance of a supply chain, enterprises make and sign a rational and high-efficient supply chain contract each other. The thesis defined it and its intension which including supply chain characteristic， parameter，classification，research evolve and so on，systematically. Afterwards，based presentation the quantity flexibility contract， the thesis has proposed and proved a quantity flexibility contract with time flexibility, with the systematic method and favorable analytical quantity method， after considering the expenses cost， such as production cost， transfer price ，sale price，loss in short supply，etc. As the role of the behavior and influence of ability between retail traders and suppliers， the agreement signed is not often a optimum agreement; so this author analyzed the one of both sides to the agreement bargained ability and various kinds of psychological activities by the game theory， and got the conditions that the quantity flexibility agreement is popularized. Finally a case of practice has been illustrated in order to prove utilizing condition and improve performances. Main innovation of this thesis, from point of view whole supply chain’s performance， there is an interval time of modification forecast quantity within a quantity flexibility contract, considering the relation between the interval time and forecast-precision ， this paper designed a quantity flexibility contract with time flexibility.
