I I 摘 要 摘 要 梁启超是中国近代史上著名的政治活动家，也是杰出的报刊编辑和政论家。梁启超 通过撰写大量的政论文章，启迪民智，传播君主立宪思想和民主思想，激发人民的民主 热情和爱国热情，把清末立宪运动推向了高潮，加速了中国社会由传统走向近代转型的 速度。 本文以梁启超在《国风报》所发表的政论文章为研究对象，一、通过详细梳理《国 风报》的政论思想内容，探究梁启超的宪政思想观念，分析其政论思想对清末宪政思潮、 晚清政局和时局产生的积极影响。二、《国风报》是梁启超为鼓吹立宪而创办的又一重 要刊物，是既《清议报》、《新民丛报》、《政论》之后，立宪派的主要舆论阵地，其政论 的风格和特色在继承的基础了又有了新的创新，具有代表性，其论点鲜明、富有预见性； 论证严密、富有逻辑性；文笔犀利、充满战斗性，在政论中对新闻要素的自觉接纳也推 动了近代报刊政论向新闻评论的形式演进。 关键词 梁启超 《国风报》 政论思想 宪政 II II Abstract Abstract Liang Qichao is a famous politico ,also is a newspapaer editor and Political commentator .By writing a great many political articles He inspired the people , spread the constitutional monarchy thought and democratic thought, Arouse peoples enthusiasm and patriotic democracy ,and brought the constitutional movement in the late Qing dynasty to the climax and accelerated the speed of Chinas social transformation from the traditional to the modern. The object of the paper is the political articles written by Liang Qichao in Guofeng newspaper.first ,the paper study the content of the newspaper to explore Liang Qichao s Constitutional ideas to know its active impact related to Constitutional thoughts, the political situation and the situation in late Qing dynasty. Secondly, Guofeng newspaperis Liang Qichao ’s means to Advocate constitutionalism ,is another Main publication afterQingyi newspaper、Xingmin newspaper、Political comment,the newspaper is the main position of constitutionalists, the style of its political and Characteristic has been a new innovation on the basis , its argument is bright and prescient ;its argumentation is rigorous and logic ;its style of writing is incisive and fighting, Consciously accept news elements in political comments ,all this to promote development of political comments to news comments in Modern newspapers.
