摘要目的利用简易营养评价法(MNA)和简易营养评价精法(MNA 摘要 目的利用简易营养评价法(MNA)和简易营养评价精法(MNA --SF)评价住院老年人的营养状况,了解MNA、MNA.SF与传统营 养评价方法三者间的相关性,为临床应用提供依据。 方法采用横断面研究方法,利用MNA和MNA.SF量表对144 名住院老年人进行调查,同时收集人体测量指标、生化指标和其他资 料。 结果 ①MNA量表显示住院老年人营养不良的患病率为 36.1%,潜在营养不良为46.5%,营养正常占17.4%。②MNA~sF 量表显示住院老年人营养不良患病率为71.5%:营养正常的为28.5%。 ③MNA、MNA-SF与传统营养指标的相关性一致。MNA值与体重指 数(BM【)、腓肠肌围(CC)、上臂肌围(AMC)、三头肌皮褶厚度(TSF)、 白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PAB)、甘油三脂(TG)和血红蛋白(Hb) 的相关系数分别为0.617、O.671、0.467、O.449、0.406、O.325、0.271 和0.204(PO.05);MNA-SF值与BMI、CC、AMC、TSF、ALB、 PAB、TG和Hb的相关系数分别为O.622、O.620、0.463、O.454、0.370、 0.300、0,233和o.233(P.O.05)。④与MNA相比,MNA.SF敏感性 为86.6%,特异性96.O%,准确性88.2%,cronbanch 0【值为O.8821。 ⑤年龄、牙齿状况、卧床不起和疾病状态是影响老年人营养的重要因 素。 结论①住院老年人营养不良的患病率高,年龄、牙齿状况、卧 床不起和疾病状态是影响老年人营养的重要因素。②MNA是一种可 靠、快捷的老年人营养状况评价方法,虽然调查稍繁琐,但项目详细, 更适合于科研。相比之下,MNA.SF更简便、更适用于临床诊断。 关键词:老年人,营养状况,简易营养评价法,简易营养评价精法 ABSTRACTobjecfive ABSTRACT objecfive TO the nutritional status of hospitalized aged people with mini-nutritional assessment(MNA)and shortforrn mini-nutritional assessment r NfNA—SF)and to confirm the correlation of h4NA N蹦A—SF with classical nutritional markers.
