1 1 2 2 Abstract Recent years, Crime by taking advantage of duty in high schools had been exposed for many times which shown that the holy educational field had been polluted. Corruption had held a position in high school. Nowadays, many high schools are deepening the reform of the educational system and facing great opportunity. At this time, Crime by taking advantage of duty in high schools was on the rise, which had drawn our attention. Crime by taking advantage of duty in high schools had violated the holy figure of education professional, also disturbed the development of educational orderly. The cause of this phenomenon, how to detect it and how to prevent it had become an important research subject. Many researchers had done lots of research in this field. The author has some viewpoints on this subject.In this paper, the author had employed the method of raising questions, analyzing questions and solving questions to reason the subject of Crime by taking advantage of duty in high schools based on much materials collected. Firstly, the author presented the performance and characters of Crime by taking advantage of duty in high schools. As a kind of crime, it has the same characters with other Crime by taking advantage of duty, such as the subject, object, time, place and methods of crime.We take Crime by taking advantage of duty in high schools as a single research subject due to reasons as follows: this kind of crime become a great problem of our society. As a byproduct of reform of the educational system, we have to pay more attention in the realization and prevention of the crime; High school is a part of our society, so crime in this field has much similar characters.
