消痹止痛散联合甲钴胺在老年腰椎管狭窄患者治疗中的应用分析.docVIP

觸itOB关合甲頰患苛的 旅分析 2018-03-29 10:29:58中国现代医生2018年6期 刘书华戈才华刘志安 ［摘要］戸的探讨消痹止痛散联合甲钻胺在治疗老年腰椎管狭窄上的临床应用。方法将90例 在我院门诊进行治疗的老年腰椎管狭窄患者作为研究对象，按就诊先后顺序将其分为观察组(n=47) 和对照组5=43)。对照组行甲钻胺紙管注射治疗，观察组则在上述基础上联合消痹止痛散进行治 疗，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为87.23%,明显高于对照组(PvO.05)。 治疗前，两组患者VAS评分、0DI评分比较，差异无统计学意义(P0.05):观察组在治疗后2周、 治疗后4周及治疗后3个月的VAS评分、0DI评分均显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P0.05)o 结论在治疗老年腰椎管狭窄上，消痹止痛散联合中钻胺能够有效缓解和改善其疼痛程度及临床症状, 使其临床疗效得到显著提升，值得在临床上积极推广。 ［关键词］消痹止痛散；甲钻胺；老年患者；腰椎管狭窄 ［中图分类号］R682 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号］1673-9701 (2018) 06-0012-04 ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical application of Xiaobi Zhitong powder combined with mecobalamin in the treatment of lumbar stenosis in the elderly patients. Methods 90 elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who were treated in the outpatient clinic in our hospital were selected as the research subjects? The patients were divided into the observation group (n=47) and the control group (n=43) according to the order of their visits. The control group was given mecobalamin caudal injection, and the observation group was given Xiaobi Zhitong powder on the basis of the above for treatment. The clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 87.23%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (P0.05)? Before treatment, there were VAS score and ODI score between the two groups, the differences had no statistically significant (P0.05) ； the VAS score and ODI score in the observation group at 2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment and 3 months were significantly lower than those in control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P0.05)? Conclusion In the treatment of elderly patients with lumbar spinal stenosis, Xiaobi Zhitong powder combined with mecobalamin can effectively relieve and improve the pain degree and clinical symptoms, so that its clinical efficacy has been significantly improved, which is worthy of active clinical promotion. ［Key words］ Xiaobi Zhitong P
