Psychology is concerned with all aspects of behavior and the thoughts, feelings and motivation underlying such behavior. Psychology is a discipline that is firstly concerned with the normal functioning of the mind and development . Psychologists deal in the way the mind works and motivation, and can work in various areas such as; mental health work and educational and occupational psychology. What is psychology 多多利用零碎的時間 在考試前一定要把考試的範圍作分配-減輕心理負擔 4個半小時不等於2小時(大時間處理大概念，小時間處理小重點) 一時二用的技巧 給自己適當的壓力，以速度爭取時間 時間安排 體力 保持固定運動的好習慣，適量即可 專注力 瞬間集中VS持久 企圖心 設立人生目標,EX: 我要考上XXX研究所，以後想出國等等 破釜沉舟的決心 戒電腦、手機、網路….. 自信 其他生理、心理影響因素 學音樂VS讀書 找到學習的樂趣，享受學習的感覺，不再存考試成績於心中的學習，當有一天讀教科書都可以在心中很開心的說，我知道了的時候就是了XD 會不會考試有很大部分取決於先天的條件，唯有真正自己體會到享受學習的感覺，才是永恆的精神寶藏 學習=考試?? 要知道自己在大學中要完成什麼事，第一步要真的知道妳是誰，你想變成什麼樣的一個人，像有的人以後想當個學術研究有貢獻的醫生，他可能在大學時要找到一個研究室學習，在大學時代完成一份專案研究，要參加國際研討會，出國交換學生之類，可是如果你不走這個路，這就不是必須的 某件事做得比別人好時---專長?? 找到自己內心中最喜歡做的事，在大學階段放心地去做 大學中真正的學習方向 學好語文 不管是中文還是英文，要求自己的寫作能力要好(不管是書面報告，或是口頭報告，這對未來還滿重要的)英文的話，要求自己畢業最好有英檢中高級以上的實力，有計畫地增強英文能力， 補習班開的托福，IELTS課程很有用，大概一期三個月，他們會以出國留學的標準要求妳聽說讀寫的能力，三個月就可以讓你的英文各方面提高一個等級 旅行 深度的旅行不是只有玩樂而已，用心靈的眼光，深度的思考觀察，感受當地風情，了解當地文化，
