高低钠序贯透析在相关性低血压中的应用价值及其护理研 究 张丽娜郭翠霞巩楠王景梅 (邯郸市屮心医院血液透析室 河北 邯郸056001) 【摘 要】冃的：探讨高低钠序贯透析法在预防相关性低血压屮的应用价值 与护理研究。方法：选取104例固定维持血液透析的患者为研究对象，分为观察 组52例和对照组52例，观察组应用高低钠序贯透析法，对照组行常规透析。观 察透析前、透析过程中两组患者血压、血钠浓度及血清检测值的变化，记录相关 性低血压、肌肉痉挛、恶心呕吐等并发症的发生率。结果：观察组患者透析过程 屮肌肉痉挛、相关性低血压、紧急低血压护理、恶心呕吐和屮途停止的发生率均 显著低于对照组(P0.05)；对照组患者透析过程屮收缩压(Systolic Blood Pressure, SBP) 舒张压(Diastolic Blood Pressure, DBP) 平均动脉压(Mean Arterial Pressure, MAP)与透析后各项血清检测指标值均显著低于观察组(P0.05)o结论：高低钠 序贯透析能较好地维持患者血压稳定，预防相关性低血压的发生。个体化的护理 干预措施能增加患者对透析治疗的依从性，更好的保证透析质量。 【关键词】高低钠；序贯透析；相关性低血压；护理 【屮图分类号】R47 【文献标识码］B 【文章编号】1003-5028 (2015 ) 7-0093-02 Application of high and low sodium sequential dialysis hypotension in the correlation value and nursing research 【Abstract lObjective: to study the correlation applied value and nursing research of high and low sodium sequential dialysis method in prevention of hypotension. Methods: 104 cases of fixed maintenance hemodialysis patients were chosen as the research object, and were divided into observation group of 52 cases and control group of 52 cases, observation group was applied high and low sodium sequential dialysis method, the control group was applied routine dialysis. Two groups in the process of observation before dialysis, dialysis patients blood pressure, serum sodium concentration, and the change of serum readings were observed. The incidenee of complications of correlation record low blood pressure, muscle cramps, nausea and vomiting were counted. Results: the incidenee for patients with muscle spasms, releva nee duri ng the process of dialysis hypote nsion, emerge ncy care of the hypotension” nausea and vomiting, and midway stop in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P lt; 0.05); the process of dialysis patients with Systolic Blood Pressure (Systolic Blood Pressure, SBP), Diastolic Blood Pressure, Diastolic Blood Pressure, DBP), Mean Arterial Pressure, Mean Arterial Pressure, MAP) and the serum indexes after dialysis in the control group
