中国工程热物理学会 燃烧学 学术会议论文 编号:184076 柴油引燃天然气发动机燃气喷射特性研究 康佳明,王谦,邵长胜 (江苏大学能源与动力工程学院,镇江 212013) (Tel Email:kangjiaming1993@) 摘 要 在定容弹上利用纹影法开展了不同喷射压力和喷射间隔下的天然气/柴油双燃料喷射射流特性研究。通过纹影图像得到了天然气射流贯穿距、锥角随时间变化的规律,并结合PIV(particle image velocimetry)试验得到的天然气射流流场探讨了双燃料射流相互作用机理。结果表明:天然气射流头部、中部、底部周围空气有不同的运动状态;双燃料工况先天然气射流在穿过柴油喷雾时受到柴油喷雾的扰动,使得射流贯穿距减小,锥角减小;随着天然气喷射压力的提高,柴油喷雾对天然气射流的影响将减小;随着喷射间隔增大,柴油喷雾与天然气射流的相互作用减弱,柴油喷雾对天然气射流贯穿距和锥角的影响也随之减小。 关键词 天然气发动机;双燃料;粒子图像测速法(PIV);纹影法;射流特性 Study on the Characteristics of Gas Fuel Jets for a Diesel Pilot Natural Gas Engine Kang Jiaming, Wang Qian, Shao Changsheng (School of Energy and Power Engineering, Jiangsu University, Zhenjiang 212013, China) (Tel Email:kangjiaming1993@) Abstract The characteristics of gas/diesel dual-fuel injection jets with different injection pressures and injection intervals were studied using a schlieren method in a constant volume vessel. The jet penetration and jet angle were measured by the schlieren photograph. The interaction mechanism of the dual-fuel jet was discussed by combining the schlieren image and the natural gas jet flow field obtained by the PIV experiment. Results show that the air around the head, middle and bottom of the natural gas jet has different movement states. In the dual fuel condition, the gas jet is disturbed by the diesel spray when passing through diesel spray, so that the jet penetration and the jet angle are reduced. With the increase of gas injection pressure, the influence of diesel spray on natural gas jet decreases. With the increase of injection interval, the interaction between diesel spray and natural gas jet is weakened, and the influence of diesel spray on gas jet penetration and jet angle decreases.
