中国工程热物理学会 燃烧学 学术会议论文 编号:18xxxx 稻草烘焙焦与煤粉混烧对PM1的减排效果 李长康,温昶,王文煜,王猛,于敦喜,徐明厚 华中科技大学,武汉市 430074 Tel Email: alexli1202@ 摘 要 分别在 260℃ 和300℃ 的 N2 气氛下对稻草样品进行烘焙处理,制出的烘焙焦分别记作 T-260 和T-300。研究了稻草原样及烘焙焦与煤混烧对燃煤PM1排放的影响。燃烧实验在高温沉降炉中进行,实验温度为1400℃,气氛为空气。煤与生物质样的掺混比分别为1:1和4:1。实验结果显示所有工况下生物质样的掺入明显降低了粒径0.3μm (PM0.3) 的颗粒物生成量。其中T-260和T-300掺入的减排效果优于稻草原样。 关键词 稻草; 烘焙焦; 混烧; PM1 Reduction effect of co-firing of torrefied straw and coal on PM1 emission under air atmosphere Changkang Li, Chang Wen, Wenyu Wang, Meng Wang, Dunxi Yu, Minghou Xu Abstract Straw sample was torrefied at 260℃ and 300℃ in N2 respectively to prepare torrefied biochars named as T-260 and T-300, and the reduction effect of co-firing straw or its torrefied chars and steam coal on PM1 is investigated. The combustion experiments were conducted in a high temperature drop tube furnace at 1400℃ to collect the inorganic PM10 for further analysis. Combustion atmosphere was air for all cases, and the blend ratios of coal and biomass samples are 1:1 and 4:1. The results show that all biomass fuels show obvious emission reduction of PM with aerodynamic diameters of 0.3 μm (PM0.3) under both mix ratios. Reduction ratios of co-firing are overall higher at mix ratio of 1:1 than 4:1, and co-firing of T-260 or T-300 with coal shows higher reduction ratio than co-firing of straw.
