中药制剂直肠灌注防治宫颈癌放疗后所致放射性直肠炎的 临床研究 禺安军 （湖南邵阳市屮心医院 422000） 【摘要】口的:研究和探讨屮药制剂直肠灌注防治宫颈癌放疗后所致放射性直 肠炎的临床价值。方法：将我院近些年来接收的90例宫颈癌患者病例资料随机 分为观察组和对照组各为45例，两组患者的放疗方法一样，研究组在放疗开始 给予屮药制剂直肠灌注至放疗结束，其屮对照组患者直肠局部均不采用药物干预。 在放疗期间严密观察患者放射性直肠炎发生情况。结果：观察组发生急性放射性 直肠炎的患者为17例，对照组为29例，观察组发生慢性放射性直肠炎的患者为 1例，对照组为5例，观察组II级以上急性放射性直肠炎的患者为7例，对照组 为20例，观察组放疗开始后3周内发生急性放射性直肠炎的患者为5例，对照 组为12例。结论：采用屮药制剂直肠灌注可降低宫颈癌放疗所致的放射性直肠 炎的发生率，并能缓解其症状，从而减轻患者的痛苦并提高患者的生活水平和生 活质量。 【关键词】宫颈癌；放射治疗；放射性直肠炎；屮药 【Abstract] Objective: Study a nd explorati on of traditi onal Chin ese medicine preparation rectum perfusion prevention and treatment of cervical cancer after radiotherapy due to of radiation proctitis clinical value. Methods: our hospital in recent years received 90 cases of cervical cancer patients data were randomly divided into observation group and control group 45 cases each, two groups of patients with radiation therapy, the team at the beginning of the radiotherapy for rectal perfusion of TCM and until the end of radiotherapy, the control group in patients with rectal local drug intervention are not adopted. Close observation during radiotherapy in patients with radiation proctopathy is happening.Results: Study group patie nts with acute radiati on proctitis in 17 cases, and the control group of 29 patients, and patients with chronic radiation proctitis group 1 cases, the control group of the five cases, the Study Group II or more acute radiati on proctitis patie nts7 patients in the control group 20 cases, three weeks after the start of the study group radiotherapy acute radiati on proctitis in patie nts for five cases, the control group of 12 patients.Conclusion: Herbal preparations rectal infusion can reduce cervical can cer radiotherapy due to the in cide nee of radiati on proctitis, and can alleviate its symptoms so as to reduce the suffering of patients and improve the standard of living and quality of life of patients. 【Key words] Cervical can cer; radiati on therapy; radiati on proctitis; Chin ese medicine 放射性直肠炎
