人力资本视角下我国体育学探究生培养模 式探析 摘 要：改革开放以来，特别是近年来，我国体育学研究 生培养规模呈较大幅度的上升态势，体育学研究生毕业人数 连年递增，以满足中国体育事业快速发展的需要。然而，随 着本科生就业问题日益严峻，研究生毕业后的社会供需矛盾 开始凸显出来，但据相关数据显示，这种矛盾不仅体现在规 模数量上，更体现在需求结构方面，事实上，这些矛盾综合 反映了目前我国研究生教育模式问题。运用文献资料法和模 型分析法，应用人力资本的相关理论，采用规范分析与实证 分析相结合，以北京体育大学研究生培养为例，对我国体育 学研究生的培养模式进行客观解析，探求研究生培养模式深 层问题，探索完善我国体育学研究生培养模式的现实路径。 关键词：中国体育事业；人力资本；体育学研究生；培 养模式 中图分类号：G812. 5 文献标识码：A 文章编号: 1007-3612 (2012) 09-0092-05 Discussion on the Postgraduate Cultivation Model of China s Sport Majors from the Human Capital Perspective LI Jing (Beijing Sport University, Beijing 100084, China) Abstract： Since the reform and opening up, especially in recent years, China * s sport postgraduate cultivation scale has increased substantially. The graduation population of the sport postgraduates have been increased year by year to meet the demand of the fast development of China s sports industry. However , with the unfavorable employment environment for the undergraduate spor t majors , the supply-demand contradictions of the postgraduates start to emerge? However, according to relative data, the contradictions are only exist in the scale but also in the demand structure? In fact , these contradictions reflect the problem in the education model of China 1 s postgraduate students?
