优质护理模式对老年慢性心力衰竭生活质量的影响 河北省邯郸市第一医院心内一科河北邯郸056000 【摘要】目的：观察和分析优质护理模式对老年慢性心力衰渴患者牛活质 量的影响。方法：选取木院2013年12月到2014年12月我院收治的64例老年 慢性心力衰竭患者，随机分为观察组32例和对照组32例。其中对照组实施常规 护理模式，观察组在对照组的基础上给予优质护理模式，比较两组患者实施不同 临床护理措施前后的心衰牛活质量评分表MLHFQ的评分结果。结果：观察组采 用优质护理模式后患者牛活质量情况明显优于对照组，两组显著差异具有统计学 意义(Plt;0.05)。结论：对老年慢性心力衰渴患者实施临床护理的实践过程中， 采用优质护理模式可以改善患者的不良情绪，提高患者的牛活质量，增加了护患 沟通和信任，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】优质护理模式；慢性心力衰竭；生活质量；影响 【中图分类号】R473.5 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999 (2015) 9-0988-01 Analysis on the High Quality Nursing Mode Impact on the Quality of Life of Elderly Chronic Heart Failure [Abstract 】Objective: To observe and an a lyze the high quality nursing mode impact on the quality of life in elderly patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: We select our hospital in December 2013 to December 2014; our hospital 64 cases of elderly patients with chronic heart failure, 32 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group in 32 cases.
