多排螺旋CT冠状面重建测量输尿管结石大小对临床治疗决 策影响的研究

【摘 要】目的：探讨CT在冠状面重建与轴位测量输尿管结石大小的差异 是否对结石的治疗决策产生影响。方法：由两位医生从二维角度，分别于轴位和 冠状面重建测量结石的最大直径。结果：CT冠状面测得结石直径平均值为 9.21plusmn;4.54mm(2-22mm)o轴位测得结石平均直径为
4.95plusmn;2.98mm(2.3-22mm;Plt;0.001)o 进一步将入选的 132 例患者分组， 其屮轴位上结石最大直径le;5mm的有86例，与冠状面上测量结果相符的仅有 2例(2.32%)。结论：MDCT轴位图像上测量的输尿管结石直径小于实际值，建 议应用冠状面重建对结石进行评估。

【Abstract] Objective:To determine if the measureme nt of ureteric stone in
cor onal rec on struct! on plane is d iff ere nt from the measureme nt in axial plane and whether the differenee can impact the management decision in patients with ureteric colic.Methods: Maximal stone diameter was measured in 2 dimensions in the axial and reformatted coronal sections by 2 reviewers. Results: Mean stone diameter was 9.21 plusmn; 4.54mm (2-22mm) measured by CT coronal reconstruction plane.Mean stone diameter was 4.95plusmn;2.98mm(2.3-22mm) measured by CT axial plane (Plt;0.001).132 patients will be divided into some group depending on the size of the stones. There were 86 cases that the maximum axial diameter for the maximal stone diameter stone was le;5mm in CT axial plane. Only 2 cases were consistent with the measurement results of the CT coronal recon structio n plane. Con clusi on: Measuri ng the tra ns verse stone diameter on axial images of MDCT sean underestimates size of ureteric stone. Coronal reformatted images be used for size estimation.
