After all the jurisprudence of th e United States relates to the credit rating agencies to sort out, I find the attitude of U.S. courts to credit rating agencies has changed, they start to consider various factors. Besides, I find that credit rating agencies not only are media, but also are an expert, and different identity decides different civil legal responsibility. The third part is the the construction of civil legal liability of our countrys credit rating agencies, based on the above principles that different identity decides different civil legal responsibility, the article talks about the liability of the credit rating agencies.
