复方环丙孕酮与胰岛素增敏剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征的临床研究 金士杰 李存肖 谭志云 陶秀坤 【摘要】 目的探讨复方环丙孕酮与胰岛素增敏剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征 的临床治疗效果。选择90例多囊卵巢综合征患者作为研究对彖，将其随机分为 对照组与观察组，每组45例。其屮对照组患者接受复方环丙孕酮治疗，观察组 患者接受复方患病孕酮+盐酸二甲双弧治疗，共治疗3个月经周期。比较两组患 者用药前后糖代谢指标、内分泌指标以及促排卵结局变化情况。结果对照组患 者糖代谢各项指标治疗前后比较无显著性差异（P0.05）,观察组患者治疗前后 相比差异显著（PV0.05）；两组患者治疗后T指标与治疗前相比明显降低（P 0.05）,而FSH、LH和PRL等其他内分泌指标治疗前后比较无显著性差异（P0.05）； 治疗后观察组患者周期取消率和卵巢过度刺激综合征（OHSS）发生率显著低于 对照组患者（P0.05）,妊娠率显著高于对照组患者（PV0.05）。结论 复方环 丙孕酮联合膜岛素增皱剂治疗多囊卵巢综合征效果显著，可以有效恢复患者代谢 和内分泌平衡，促进排卵，提高妊娠率，值得临床推广应用。 【关键词】 多囊卵巢综合征； 复方环丙孕酮； 胰岛素增敏剂 [Abstract] Objective to study the compound cyproterone with insulin sen sitizati on age nt clin ical treatme nt effect for the treatme nt of polycystic ovary syndrome?
