PAGE #价值工程 Value Engineering Value Engineering PAGE # 城市可持续发展视角下城镇化构建问题研究 —以保山市为例 Study on the Urbanization Construction Problems under the Perspective of theUrban Sustainable Development: Taking Baoshan City as an Example 董银丽 DONG Yin-li (云南师范大学旅游与地理科学学院，昆明650500) (School of Tourism and Geographical Science, Yunnan Normal University, Kunming 650500, China 摘要:城镇化是经济社会发展的产物，是人类社会不断走向文明与进步的重要标志。近年来，保山市的城镇化进程不断加快，经 济、社会、生态等方面都得到较大的改善。然而，实现城镇化是一个追求可持续发展的过程，其间不乏会遇到各方面的问题。基于对城 市可持续发展的思考，从城市可持续发展的视角出发，综合保山市各领域建立指标体系，通过SPSS17.0软件进行主成分分析，进一步 明确各指标与城镇化可持续发展之间的关系，分析结果表明:保山市的城镇化基础较薄弱、发展水平较低、各县区的城镇集聚和辐射 功能都相对较弱。要解决此现状需要从城乡协调建设、完善基础设施建设、城市规划管理以及生态城市等多个方面加以努力，形成合 力共同推动保山市的城市可持续发展。 Abstract: Urbanization is the outcome of economic and social development and is an important symbol of human society towards the civilization and progress constantly. In recent years, with the accelerating urbanization of Baoshan City, many aspects including economic, social and environmental have a bigger improvement. However, to realize the urbanization is a process of pursuing sustainable development, during which there will encounter various problems. Based on the thinking of urban sustainable development, from the perspective of urban sustainable development, integrating the index system in various areas of Baoshan City, principal component analysis is conducted through the SPSS17.0 software, and the relationship between the indexes and the sustainable development of urbanization is further cleared, and the analysis results show that the foundation of Baoshan City urbanization is weak, the level of development is low, and the urban agglomeration and radiation function of each county area is relatively weak. To solve this situation, it is necessary to coordinate the urban and rural areas, improve the infrastructure construction and urban planning and management and promote ecological city construction, so as to promote the sustainable development of Baoshan City. 关键词：城镇化;可持续发展;对策;保山市 Key words
