尿转铁蛋白和胱抑素C测定对肾小球疾病早期诊断的的研究 罗仁 牟文玉(四川省遂宁市蓬溪县人民医院检验科629100) 【中图分类号】R692.6【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085 (2013) 14-0412-02 【摘要】 目的 通过对肾小球疾病不同病期患者的尿液中转铁蛋白和胱抑素C 的检测，探讨该组合在肾小球疾病早期诊断的价值。方法选择木院住院确诊为 原发性肾小球肾炎患者83例和同期健康体检者46例的所收集24h尿，在迈瑞 BS400全自动牛化分析仪采用胶乳增强免疫比浊法试剂检测尿液中转铁蛋白和 胱抑素C的排泄量。结果 原发性肾小球肾炎患者尿液中的尿转铁蛋白和胱抑素 C水平与对照组相比呈明显升高，差异呈显著性(plt;0.05或plt;0.01)。不同 程度原发性肾小球肾炎间的转铁蛋白和胱抑素C浓度水平均明显增高，趋势呈正 相关，差异呈显著性(plt;0.05)o结论 尿转铁蛋白和胱抑素C联合测定有助 于肾小球疾病的早期诊断，能更灵敏、更精确地反映肾小球功能受损的情况，为 临床医牛提供可靠准确有价值的诊断指导依据。 【关键词】原发性肾小球肾炎 尿转铁蛋白 胱抑素C早期诊断 Urine transferrin and Cystatin C measure of the early diagnosis of glomerular disease research Luo Ren .(The Laboratory Medicine of Pen gxi Peoples hospital of Sui ning, Sichua n, China, 629100). [Abstract] objective： Based on different period of disease in patients with glomerular disease of urine transfer ferritin and Cystatin C detection, this paper discusses the combination in the glomerular disease early diagnosis value. Methods: Choose our hospital diagnosed as primary glomerular nephritis patients during the same period in 83 cases and the healthy check-up 46 cases of collected 24 h urine, in the new into BS400 automatic biochemical analyzer using latex enhanced immune turbidimetric method reage nt testing urine tra nsfer ferriti n and Cystati n C excretion. Results: Primary glomerular nephritis in the urine of patients with urinary transferrin and Cystatin C level was significantly increased comparing with the control group, the differe nee (plt;0.05 or plt;O.Ol). D iff ere nt degrees of primary glomerular n ephritis betwee n tran sferri n and Cystati n C concen tratio n level were sign 讦 icantly in creased, a positive correlation between the trend, the differences are sign讦icant (plt;0.05).Conclusion: Urine transferrin and Cystatin C combined determination help in the early diagnosis of glomerular disease, can be more sensitive, more accurately reflect the function of glomerular damaged condition, for clinical doctors to provide reliable and accurate valuable diagn
