辽宁省乡村医生队伍现状及培训需求调查分析 胡嘉晋，李鸿鹤，王子薇，闻德亮* （中国医科大学公共卫生学院辽宁，沈阳 110122） 摘要: 目的 通过对辽宁省乡村医生培训状况及需求进行调查，了解当前乡村医生培训的问 题，明确需求，并给予合理建议。 方法 以辽宁省五市乡村医生为调查对象，结合 ACGME合格的医生应当具备的 6 大胜任力，对乡医基本信息以及培训需求进行调查，并 对培训影响因素进行分析。 结果 参加培训学时数不同的人群组间，在年龄分布、学历 分布上和收入分布上的差异均有统计学意义（P0.05 ）；培训需求以临床技能需求最高 （82.0% ），科研学习能力需求最低（24.9% ），不同年龄、学历背景人群对各项培训的需 求的差异有统计学意义（P0.05 ），31-35 岁年龄组段乡医对临床技能和医学知识培训需求 最高，分别为 89.5%和 78% 。大专学历乡医对临床技能培训需求最高，为87.9% 。 结论 辽宁省乡村医生对继续教育培训需求的差异较大，应以需求为导向针对性的开展培训项目。 关键词:继续医学教育；需求分析；问卷调查；乡村医生 A Survey of the Current Situation of Rural Doctors and the Needs for Training in Liaoning Province HU Jia-jin ，LI Hong-he ，Wang Zi-wei ，WEN De-liang* (*School of Public Health China Medical University,Shenyang,Liaoning 110122,China) Abstract:Objective To learn about the needs and the problems of rural doctors’ training by surveying the situation of rural doctors in Liaoning Province,and give the advice to solve the problems. Method Rural doctors who were selected from 5 cities of Liaoning Province took part in this survey..According to “the 6 competencies of qualified doctors”by ACGME,the basic information of rural doctors and their needs for training were surveyed ,and the factors of the needs were analyzed .
