教学过程
Step1 Leading in
1, Play a game “Do you have a good imagination”;
Present a circle. Students guess “What is it?”, Students may have many answers. Because of they have learnt many words from Unit1 to Unit4
2, Present some balls around “ball” easily
3, Teach them the new words about balls
Step2 Learn 1a
Students finish the 1a and answer questions” Where is it?”
Step3 Listen to 1b
Before listening
1,Work on 1a. There are many balls in the picture, please match the words with the things.
2, Read the words loudly by themselves
While listening
1, Play the recording for the first time. Students only listen
2, Second time. Students circle the balls they hear.
3, Check the answers.
4, Listen again and find some students to retell sentence by sentence.
Step 4: Pair work
Work on 1c
1, Practice the conversation in 1c in pairs.
2, Role-play the conversations.
3,Ask and answer questions about the things in the picture in 1a.
