浅谈我国中小企业文化建设问题研究 中小企业文化建设的目的是通过提高员工素质，为企业更好的发展，在我国很多中 小企业都处在创始和发展阶段，企业管理能力有限，在他们的眼里，获取理想的企业利 润和效益才是最重要的，企业文化建设往往被遗忘和放弃。从一定意义上来讲，这些企 业忽视或漠视了企业文化建设。通过对企业文化的内部的建设问题的分析，和一些国外 的企业文化建设的经验。还有一些屮小企业在企业文化建设中盲目追求企业文化的形 式，忽视了企业文化的创新和个性化，最终会必然影响中小企业的生存和健康发展。因 此，加强中小企业文化建设意义重大，刻不容缓中小企业长期以来在国民经济中一直都 未受到充分的重视，它们在大企业的阴影下，举步维艰。当前在激烈的市场竞争屮屮小 企业的生存和发展也都受到严峻的威胁。屮小企业走出困境的一条非常重要的途径就是 进行企业文化的建设。 文章正是在这种社会背景下，以中小企业为出发点，从企业文化建设这个突破口入 手，分析了我国中小企业文化建设的现状以及存在的问题及成因，并阐述了中小企业建 设企业文化的对策措施。和为企业文化以后的发展方向提出展望，所以企业文化建设在 企业建设屮应该引起人们的重视，并采取一定的措施。 关键词：中小企业 文化建设 研究 ABSTRACT The purpose of the small and medium-sized enterprise culture construction is through improving the quality of employees, with profits as a starting point in the construction of small and medium-sized enterprises in China, many are in the founding and stage of development, general itself quality is low entrepreneur, enterprise management ability is limited, in their eyes, obtain ideal corporate profits and benefits is the most important, the enterprise culture construction is often forgotten and give up.
