毕业设计（论文） 题目：汕头市蓝水星主题公园经营管理研究 汕头市蓝水星主题公园经营管理研究 摘要 主题公园作为现代旅游资源的一个重要类型，对旅游业的发展和城市的建设都发挥 着特殊的作用。我国主题公园业起步较晚，经营管理水平不高，但发展势头迅猛。汕头 市蓝水星主题公园运行的时间不长，但全国大多主题公园所面临的客流量少、重游率低 等问题，在汕头市已有突出的表现。文章剖析了汕头市主题公园客流量少，重游率低的 主客观原因，提出促进汕头市主题公园发展，政府部门必须加大招商引资力度，加强宏 观指导和行业管理；投资及经营管理者必须重新审定主题及规模，调整园区规划，完善 和丰富景区旅游产品，实施多元化的价格策略，加大宣传促销力度等对策及建议。 关键i司：汕头市；主题公园；原因；对策 The Study on The Management of Shantou Fanta wild Adventure ABSTRACT As an important form of todays tour resouce, theme park plays special effect on the tourism^s development and the city construction.Though the business operation of the theme parks in Shantou has not been long, their problem of low visit and revisit rates, as it is in the most theme parks in China, has become strikingly a ware, This thesis investigates both the objective and subjective causes of low visit and revist rates of the theme parks in Shantou. It suggests that, in order to facilitate the development of the theme parks in Shantou, the Municipal Government should make greater efforts in attracting capital and investment, enforce macro-guide and trade management ； and that investors management should reconsider the themes and scales of the parks, adjust the plans for the park areas, improve and enrich the tourist products of scenic spots, and promote the advertising and marketing.
