论文题目：护理人员心理健康状况的调查分析 学科（专业）：护理学 申请人:韩静 指导教师：高睿教授 摘 要 目的：了解护理人员的心理健康状况，分析心理健康问题并寻求解决问题的方法，为维护护理人员的心理健康提供基础资料。 方法：为研究护理人员心理状况，以及部队医院与地方医院护理人员心理状况的差异，本文选取了第四军医大学唐都医院和咸阳人民医院不同科室的护理人员各200人，共400人进行相关研究，使用症状自评量表SCL-90对400名护理人员进行问卷调查。 结果：调查结果表明大部分护理人员的心理健康状况较差（总均分为1.6050.5815），存在着躯体化（1.3840.4865）、强迫症状（1.8540.6111）、人际关系敏感（1.7450.6368）、抑郁（1.5400.5500）、焦虑（1.6680.5959）、敌对（1.6000.6540）、恐怖（1.4050.4996）、偏执（1.5980.5723）、精神病性（1.4000.4524）等心理健康问题。部队医院相对于地方医院，护理人员的心理健康状况相对较差，总均分唐都医院比泾阳县人民医院高，在躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等心理问题得分中唐都医院比泾阳县人民医院高。 结论：无论部队医院还是地方医院，护理人员在工作中承受的压力都比较大，导致躯体化、强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等心理健康问题的发生。相对而言，部队医院护理人员的心理状况比地方医院护理人员的心理状况差。 关键词：护理人员；心理健康；压力 论文类型：调研报告 Investigation and analysis of mental health status of nursing staff Discipline (specialty): Nursing Applicant: Han Jing Advisor: Professor Gao Rui Abstract Objective: to understand the mental health status of nursing staff, analyze the mental health problems and seek solutions to them, so as to provide basic data for the maintenance of mental health of nursing staff.
