Abstract
Power manufacturing enterprise develops with the development in power
industry, so it needs to learn about relevant policy and rule of industrial development,
only this can it guarantee the sustainable development of power equipment
manufacturing enterprise. ZhongLi company is one private enterprise engaging in
manufacturing of power equipment and it has certain advantages in market
competition within industry. Through many years development and management,
business scope and business scale of company get quick development. This paper
will use ZhongLi company as detailed study object to make study on how equipment
manufacturing company make corresponding development strategy.
This paper firstly illustrates strategic management and its 5 main stages and
basic strategy, it also makes summary on strategic management theory of enterprise.
Secondly, we make analysis on state of strategic management of ZhongLi company
through analysis on internal and external environment of ZhongLi company as well as
SWOT analysis method and analysis method of Porters Five Forces. And then it
makes analysis on strategy positioning of ZhongLi company proposes corresponding
measure and suggestion on its development strategy: integrated development strategy,
diversified development strategy, leading competition advantage in cost, development
strategy of overall development. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestion on
establishment of strategy plan implementation of ZhongLi company and gives
implementation strategy for strategy plan of ZhongLi company: strengthen idea in
system management, enhance allocation in human resources and personnel quality,
make overall innovation in management model. It is hoped that this paper can have
beneficial referential effect for power equipment manufacturing industry.
