Research on Environmental Information Disclosure law Issues of Our Countrys Enterprises ABSTRACT Without sunlight, there would be no true light. Similarly, without the opening information, there would be no reliable democracy, justice and equality. The economy of our nation has achieved prominent achievements due to the policy of Reform and Open. However, with the dramatic development of economic, the quality of environment declined obviously during the same period of time. There were large number of cases that had relationship with the environmental pollution such as, the water pollution occurred in Yang Zonghai where located in Kun Ming City of 2008, the pollution of milk production in 2008 and the heavy mental pollution in Ting Jiang, Fu Jiang of 2010. The information that the National Environment Protection Department applies has shown in our country, there are 1500-2200 environmental pollution cases per year. When facing these serious data, we must reflect our behaviour, take effective actions to change the economic increasing model that has the characteristics--high consumption, heavy pollution and low effectiveness. Meanwhile, we also should improve the traditional technology which always has the detrimental influence on resources and environment, stimulate the whole society participate into the environmental protection, establish the scientific environmental protection system. As the primary sources of pollution, businesses have main responsibility. The establishment of the business environmental protection system which inherited the traditional environmental regulation has became one innovative measurement. It is not only provide the path by which the civilian can obtain the information about environment, but also make a advantageous climate for businesses changing their behaviour in the aspect of environmental protection.
