l 学号 9511901013 院系 经济管理学院 西安翻译学院 XI’AN FANYI UNIVERSITY 本科毕业论文 Dissertation for Bachelor’s Degree 题 目： 供应链金融在中小企业借贷中的应用 学生姓名： 指导教师： 学科专业： 财务管理 2013年５月 PAGE I PAGE I 供应链金融在中小企业借贷中的应用研究 摘要：随着社会化大生产的不断发展和全球一体化进程的加快，供应链正逐步取代纵向一体化，成为一种主流的生产模式，供应链金融正是针对供应链中的资金流管理提供的一系列的金融服务。本文分析了供应链金融服务发展现状，总结了供应链金融服务在银行与中小企业借贷中主要的运行模式（四种运行模式）。本文结合国内学者在供应链金融服务领域的研究成果，进一步探讨了国内供应链金融服务存在的问题，并提出改进建议。论文还通过深圳市财信德实业发展有限公司的供应链金融的成功实例，为中小企业的金融活动提供借鉴。本文的研究重点是供应链金融在中小企业借贷中主要的模式和存在风险以及相关的预防策略。期待此文中的理论内容，能为供应链金融的研究发展提供一些参考。 关键词：供应链金融；借贷；中小企业 PAGE PAGE II Study on the Application of Supply Chain Finance in SME Lending Abstract：With the continuous development of socialized production and accelerated process of global integration, supply chain is gradually replacing vertical integration as a mainstream mode of production, while supply chain finance is a range of financial services against the fund flow management in the supply chain. Based on the study of the current situation of the development of financial services supply chain, this paper has summed up the supply chain financial services in banks and small and medium-sized enterprise loan in the main mode of operation, also combed the view of the domestic scholars in this field. At the same time, through the example, the paper further discusses the problems and development suggestion of the domestic supply chain finance service, provides a good reference for the development of enterprises and bank financial business. This paper is focusing on the main mode of operation in small and medium-sized enterprise loan, the existing risks and the related prevention strategy, and meanwhile looking forward to providing a theoretical reference for the development of supply chain finance.
