The outcome of treatment is poor, mainly because of its unknown mechanism. The advanced study of the anterior shoulder tissue is key for the prevention and treatment of traumatic anterior instobility of shoulder. The anterior stability strueturc of shoulder ineludes the static and the dynamic stability structures. Glenohumeral 1 i game nt is the most importa nt sta tic structure. Glenohumeral ligament includes superior, middle and inferior glenohumeral ligaments. Recent studies have shown that the function of glenohumeral 1igament is closely related with the position of the glenohumcral joint?
