区域性金融风险监测及防范研究 　　[摘 要]青岛市财富管理金融综合改革试验区获批成立后，大量金融机构入驻青岛，使金融风险的监测与防范显得至关重要。由此，从宏观经济因素、区域经济因素和区域金融机构因素三个维度出发，构建区域金融风险监测三级指标预警体系，并基于该指标体系，选取青岛市2014—2016年的数据，测算青岛市区域金融风险值。结果显示，2014年和2015年青岛市的金融风险处于基本安全区间，2016年存在中度金融风险，青岛市总体金融风险呈上升趋势。据此，应及时建立金融风险预警和防范体系，采取多种举措增强实体企业的盈利能力，同时积极化解金融信用风险，确保青岛市金融业稳定、健康发展。 　　[关键词]区域性金融风险;风险预警指标体系;综合风险测度;防范措施　　[　　Regional financial risk monitoring and prevention　　—taking Qingdao city as an example　　YNAG Ji-mei1，SUN Ji-qiao1，LIU Li2　　（1.College of Economics and Management， Qingdao University of Science and Technology， Qingdao 266061， China;2.Auditting Division， Qingdao University of Science and Technology， Qingdao 266061， China）　　Abstract：After the establishment of Qingdao Wealth Management Financial Comprehensive Reform Pilot Zone， a large number of financial institutions settled in Qingdao， making the monitoring and prevention of financial risks crucial. Therefore， from the three dimensions of macroeconomic factors， regional economic factors and regional financial institutions factors， a three-level indicator early warning system of regional financial risk monitoring is constructed. Based on the index system， the data of Qingdao from 2014 to 2016 are selected to calculate the regional financial risk value of Qingdao. The results show that the financial risk of Qingdao in 2014 and 2015 is within the basic safety range; in 2016， there are moderate financial risks， and the overall financial risk in Qingdao is on the rise.
