摘要
众所周知,二十一世纪是一个充满压力的世纪。由于社会的飞速发展,各种新生事物及新生资源的出现,都使人们在学习、生活、工作中面临着越来越大的压力,越来越大的挑战。理所当然,在众多的压力面前,建筑行业项目管理的职业压力也是首当其冲的。其职业倦怠主要来自于超负荷工作、过大的心理压力、较低的待遇。俗话说得好没有压力就没有动力,于是,部分建筑行业项目管理人员在压力面前奋发进取、战胜压力、走向成功。然而,还有更多的建筑行业项目管理人员在压力面前表现的却是消极、怠惰、身心疲惫,甚至由此导致职业倦怠。而且有的建筑行业项目管理人员从进入这个行业一两年已经进入了职业倦怠期。面对此种情况,怎样才能让建筑行业项目管理人员尽快的从职业倦怠中走出更好地做好他们的本职工作将是一个急需解决的问题。为此,我结合各种文献和调查分析建筑行业项目管理人员产生职业倦怠的原因,并思考着怎样让建筑行业项目管理人员早一天走出职业倦怠。本文首先从职业倦怠的概念及相关模型入手来解释职业倦怠。其次基于建筑行业项目管理人员分析职业倦怠产生的原因及应对措施。

As is known to all, the 21st century is a century full of pressure. Due to
the rapid development of society, the emergence of various new things and newresources, have made people in the study, life and work is facing increasing pressure,more and more challenges. Of course, in the face of many pressure, constructionindustry bear the brunt of the pressure is also the project management profession.Its job burnout mainly come from the excessive overworked and mental pressure,low treatment.
