我国农村劳动力流动的问题及对策分析 摘要 20世纪70年代以来，中国经济慢慢复苏，我国社会发生了巨大的变化，国民经济总量也跃居世界前列，但是，我国依然是世界上最大的发展中国家，是一个农业大国，在进行社会主义现代化建设的进程中，农村劳动力的流动问题尤为突出，本论文深刻剖析了现代农业社会的发展情况，归纳了我国农村劳动力在流动过程中产生的问题，并且从改善产业结构，提高农民收入，鼓励劳动力回流创业,发展农村教育事业四个方面提出了促进我国农村劳动力合理流动的相关对策。旨在规范政府管理、为促进我国制定农村劳动力合理流动的相关政策法规提供有效的理论依据，以实现国家的进一步发展。 关键词：农村劳动力；流动问题；对策 Analysis on problems and countermeasuresof rural labor migration in China ABSTRACT Since Chinas reform and opening up, Chinese economic recovery slowly, greatchanges have taken place in our society, the national economy has become the worldshighest, however, our country is still the worlds largest developing country, is anagricultural country, in the process of socialist modernization, especially the flow ofrural labor force problem, this paper deeply analyzes the development of modemagriculture society situation, summed up the problem of our country rural labor force inthe process of flow, and improve the industrial structure, increase farmers* income,encourage labor backflow business, development of rural education career four aspectsput forward relevant countermeasures of promoting the rational flow of rural labor inChina. Intended to regulate the government management, in order to promote ourcountry to develop the rational flow of rural labor force of the relevant policies andregulations to provide the theoretical basis of the effective to achieve the furtherdevelopment of the country.
