我国农村剩余劳动力转移的制度因素分析摘要 随着经济和社会的发展，生产效率的提高，农村剩余劳动力开始大量的向城市转移，农民问题非常棘手，问题解决十分必要。换言之，解决劳动力的转移问题是当务之急。从农村劳动力转移的过程看，影响因素多而杂乱，但首要因素是体制因素，单一的城乡体制结构，导致我国出现司空见惯的现象。农村剩余劳动力集聚，从侧面显示出社会生产率低下的现状，这就是农村发展缓慢的直接原因,因此解决这一问题刻不容缓。本文搜集了多种资料及通过网上查看数据库，浅析农村劳动力当前的状况，并研究其中存在的问题，创新性为解决劳动力问题提出了几点意见。 关键词：农村经济；可持续发展；劳动力转移 Analysis of Institutional Factors of Problems about OurCountrys Rural Surplus Labor Transfer ABSTRACT With the development of economy and society, the improvement of productionefficiency, began to a large number of rural surplus labor force to cities, peasantproblem is very difficult, it is necessary to problem solving. In other words, solving theproblem of labor transfer is a priority. From the process of rural labor transfer, theinfluence factors and messy, but the primary factor is the system factor, a single systemof urban and rural structure, leading to a common phenomenon in our country. Gatheredin the countryside surplus labor force and from the side to show the current situation ofthe social productivity is low, which affects the rural development, to solve this problemis urgently needed. This paper collected a variety of materials and through online tocheck the database, analyses the current state of rural labor force, and study theproblems, creatively and puts forward some advice to solve the problem of labor.
