摘 要 本设计主要是对上海市一多层综合办公楼进行结构设计，应用 PKPM 结构设 计软件完成 该办公楼占地面积为 1310㎡，总建筑面积 5240㎡，建筑物共 6 层， 总高度 25.5m 设计采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，基础采用柱下独立基础 设 计使用年限为 50 年，抗震等级为三级，抗震设防烈度为 7 度，场地类别 II 类 本设计应用的 PKPM 软件是由中国建筑科学研究院建筑结构研究所推出的 一套集建筑设计、结构设计、设备设计、管理信息化于一体的大型综合工程 CAD 系统，涵盖建筑结构设计的各个方面，是目前国内建筑工程界应用最广，用户数 量最多，国内影响力最大的计算机辅助设计软件 PKPM 结构软件事实上已成为 行业标准，是广大结构工程师设计工作中必不可少的利器 在本设计中，主要应用了 PKPM 结构设计软件中的四个部分：PMCAD 、 SATWE、JCCAD 和 LTCAD 。其中，应用 PMCAD 建立模型，应用 SATWE 计 算分析，应用 JCCAD 设计基础，应用 LTCAD 设计楼梯。设计成果包括计算分 析数据和结构施工图 关键字：钢筋混凝土框架结构； 结构设计； PKPM 软件应用； 抗震设计 Abstract This paper presents a design about a multilayer comprehensive office building in Shanghai, using PKPM software to complete it.The area of the building is 1310 ㎡, the area of structure is 5240 ㎡, it has six layers and total height is 25.5 m.The design adopted Cast-in-situ reinforced concrete frame structure and Independent under-post foundation.The design working life of it is 50 years, classes of seismic measure is level 3,the seismic fortification intensity is of 7 degrees with ite category II class. As a large-scale integrated engineering CAD system,the PKPM software used in this case is put forward by China construction science research institute of building structures which makes Architectural design, structural design, equipment design, management information as a whole.It covers all aspects of the architectural structure design,and is the most widely used in current domestic construction engineering with the most number of users.As a result,It became the most influential domestic computer aided design software and has become the industry standard.In fact, it is the indispensable tool in the general structural engineers design work. In this paper, four parts in the PKPM structure design software are used,which are PMCAD 、SATWE、JCCA
