PAGE PAGE 3 摘 要 在高校扩招的背景下，每年新毕业的大学生人数不断增加，“就业难”成为了一个亟待解决的社会问题。除了找工作之外，很多大学生开始自谋出路，选择了自主创业。虽然不乏抓住机遇创业成功的例子，然而并非所有创业的大学生都能实现梦想，很多大学生的创业项目在各种困难的打击之下纷纷失败。那么，大学生创业的机遇主要有哪些，大学生创业会遇到的风险又有哪些，这就是本文要研究的问题。笔者通过大量的阅读研究发现，前人对大学生创业的研究涉及到新型创业（主要指互联网创业）的内容较少，而互联网创业当下在大学生群体中正在势头上，互联网兴起带来了创业风潮。因此本文除了对传统创业（主要指线下创业）的机遇风险进行研究之外，还通过问卷调查和数据分析对互联网环境下大学生创业的机遇和风险进行了系统性的调查研究，最后通SWOT模型针对大学生创业会遇到的风险提出了相应的对策，以期对大学生的创业提供理论支持和实际帮助。 本文的结构如下，绪论部分主要介绍研究的背景，目的及意义，以及研究方法；第一章论述的是大学生创业的机遇分析；第二章论述的是大学生创业的条件分析；第三章论述的是大学生创业的风险分析；第四章主要是在前文研究的基础上总结出了结论并提出了相应的对策；最后是附件和主要参考文献。 关键词：大学生创业；机遇 ；风险 ；对策 PAGE PAGE 2 Abstract Under the background of enrollment expansion of colleges and universities, and increasing the number of new graduates each year, employment has become a social problem to be solved.
