PAGE 本科毕业论文 （20 届） 村级财务管理若干问题的研究 所在学院 专业班级 会计学 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期  村级财务管理若干问题的研究 摘 要：财务管理是相关资金的获取和有效使用的管理工作，一般是指组织财务活动，协调、处理与各方面的财务关系，确保生产经营顺利进行的一项经济管理工作。具体到村级财务管理就是指农村的集体财产和财务收支的管理。村级组织作为一个特殊的基层组织，其财务管理是一个非常重要的问题，其管理的好坏直接影响到基层组织和群众的关系；如果管理不善就会影响新农村建设和农村稳定的大局。本文第一部分主要阐述村级财务管理的内容、特殊性、难点。第二部分主要阐述目前我国村级财务管理存在的问题，第三部分阐述完善村级财务管理相应对策，最后结合我国的新农村建设阐述新农村建设对村级财务管理的具体要求。 关键词：村级财务；管理；问题；新农村 On the Problems of the Village-level financial Management Abstract: The definition of financial management is effectivly to access and use relevantly financial. Generally it refers to the financial activition of the business、organization, coordination, and all aspects of financial relationships to ensure the production and stable development of economic management, Villageclass financial as an special organization，it’s financial management is an very important proble.Its management of financial management is very important for the stability of the grass-roots organizations and peoplerelations, poor management will affect the construction of new countryside and rural stability, the first part of this paper focuses on the content of the village-level financial management、 particulary and difficult. The second part of the current problems in Chinas village-level financial management, the third part on how to improve financial management at the village level to propose appropriate countermeasures, and finally combined with Chinas new rural construction, described the new rural construction of village-level financial management requirements.
