负面情绪对高校大学生跆拳道比赛的影响及研究对策 【内容摘要】 近年来随着科技的发展和经济全球化的推动，我国的综合国力不断强大，国民的身体素质也有了提高，人们开始重视体育事业的发展。现在我国从事跆拳道运动这项体育事业的人数特别多，目前全国除了西部偏远地方没有跆拳道训练馆外，各省、自治区、直辖市都有专门的跆拳道训练场馆。据统计，我国国民的跆拳道竞技水平比上个上个世纪提高了一倍。特别是2005年第一界全国高校大学生跆拳道锦标赛的成功开展，使跆拳道比赛真正成为了全民运动。各大高校也纷纷开设跆拳道体育科目，成立跆拳道协会，跆拳道比赛在高校已经形成了十分热门的体育竞技类比赛。高校大学生参加跆拳道比赛的热情越来越高涨，但是在高校大学生跆拳道比赛中出现的问题也越来越多，特别是大学生参赛者情绪问题最值得我们深入研究。本文将以“2014年全国大学生跆拳道锦标赛”为例，就参赛者负面情绪问题对跆拳道比赛的影响进行了分析研究，并结合分析内容提出一些应对措施。 【关键词】： 高校大学生 跆拳道比赛 心理活动 负面情绪 影响对策 Abstract In recent years, with the development of science and technology and push of the economic globalization, Chinas comprehensive national strength growing stronger, the national physical quality has also been improved, people began to pay attention to the development of sports undertakings. Now in China the number is engaged in tae kwon do this sport is particularly much, at present the country except in remote parts of the west not Taekwondo training hall, the provinces, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the central government have specialized training venues. According to statistics, Chinas National Taekwondo competitive level is one times higher than that of last century. Especially in 2005, the first National University Taekwondo Championship success in the Taekwondo competition, truly become a national movement. Colleges and universities have also opened Taekwondo sports subjects, the establishment of Taekwondo, Taekwondo has formed a sports game is very popular in Colleges and universities. College students to participate in Taekwondo competition enthusiasm rising, but in college students in Taekwondo competition, more and more problems, especially the most worthy of our in-depth study of College Students emotional problems contestants. This paper will take the 2014 China University Taekwondo Championship as an example, on the negative emotions of participants Taekwondo competition are analyzed, and puts forward some measures of content analysis.
