哈尔滨石油学院本科生毕业设计（论文） PAGE 摘 要 改革开放以来，我国的经济发展迅猛，对外贸易持续多年双顺差，各路资本纷纷涌入我国来“掘进”。我国的外汇储备更是一直以惊人的速度增长，并且这种增长的势头还在继续。在当前国际金融高度发达，国际资金快速流动，国际汇价剧烈波动的背景下，我国巨额的外汇储备面临着非常大的规模风险。所以。维持适宜规模的外汇储备是必要的。 当前，我国在外汇储备管理中存在一些问题，比如美元资产在中国外汇储备中所占比例过高、资产结构不合理外汇储备面临美国国债、机构债信用等级调降、市场价值缩水的风险、投资债券收益率低，造成国内资源和财富的浪费等，针对这些问题，笔者就我国如何更好的管理巨额外汇提出了一些针对性的建议，比如要建立更加合理的人民币汇率机制、要放宽外汇管理政策、鼓励企业海外投资、利用外汇储备建立能源储备体系、引进先进技术和人才、调整外汇储备的结构等。希望本文的研究可以对我国今后的外汇储备起到一定的启示作用。 关键词：外汇 外汇储备 外汇储备管理  Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinas rapid economic development, foreign trade continued for many years of double surplus, capital influx of various capital to China to dig .?Chinas foreign exchange reserves is always growing at a surprising rate, and the momentum of growth continues.?In the current international finance is highly developed, the rapid flow of international capital, under the background of the volatility in the exchange rate, Chinas huge foreign exchange reserves facing the risk of very large scale.?So.?It is necessary to maintain the appropriate size of foreign exchange reserves..
