河南财经政法大学本科生毕业论文 我国证券市场监管的研究 专 业 金融学 学 号 姓 名 指导教师 2010年 05月 25 日 摘 要 从1989年，深沪两市正式开放到今天，我国证券市场已经走过了近20个年头。其 中取得的成就让世界瞩目，而凸显的问题也令人深思。如今在世界经济全球一体化的今 天，世界经济局势错综复杂。如何去面对这些繁杂的经济问题，如何让国内的经济平稳 迅速的发展，如何通过解决我们自身存在的问题，从而能够在暗流汹涌的世界局势中屹 立不倒。是我们最需要关心并且解决的问题。 本文分为两大部分，四个章节。第一部分重点回顾了我国证券市场的发展历程。文 章通过回顾我国证券市场从无到有，从小到大，从非理智到逐渐成熟的历史，一方面简 述了证券市场中已经取得的成就，获得的成果。另一方面也从中分析出当今证券市场仍 存在的一些问题。比如说流动性问题、主题资金缺位、市场制度不健全等等。 第二部分从证券市场稳定运行的主导——监管层说起，首先简述了证券市场监管层 的监管手段和意义，然后分析了当前监管层遇到的一些困难，比如政府监管部分缺位， 证券行业内部自律职能没有充分发挥，缺乏相关的外部法律环境等等。最后根据这些问 题和当今证券市场存在的问题，探讨出一些解决的办法。 关键词：流通性；市场监管；行业自律 I Abstract Since 1989, Shenzhen and Shanghai was officially opened, till today, Chinas securities market hasbeen nearly 20years.Theachievementsofwhich theworld attention,andthought- provoking problemshighlighted.
