黄河科技学院毕业论文 第 PAGE 14 页 中小型企业人才流失的原因及对策 摘 要 中小企业是我国国民经济中最活跃、最具潜力的经济成分,中小企业的发展对我国经济增长具有极其重要的意义。市场经济条件下,人才是企业发展不可或缺的重要因素,尤其是中小企业,人才是企业的根本,人才是企业发展的“第一核心”,企业存在和发展的前提条件是拥有大量的优秀人才。与此同时人才流失问题也给企业带来相当大的危害,极大地影响了企业的发展。目前我国中小企业的人员流动过于频繁,人才流失现象严重,这可能对中小企业的发展造成致命的威胁。如何留住核心人才提高中小企业的核心竞争力,是摆在中小企业面前紧迫而又现实的课题。本文对一个典型的某中小企业进行探讨,研究了中小企业人才流失的原因,对该企业人才流失的现状,影响及原因进行深入分析,探寻有效控制中小企业人才流失的措施,以期更好地保障和促进中小企业的健康快速的发展。 关键词:中小型企业,人才流失,因素 The causes and countermeasures of small and medium-sized enterprise brain drain Author:XXXXXX Tutor:XXXXXX Abstract Small and medium-sized enterprises (smes) is the most active in the national economy, the most potential economic composition, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises of our country economic growth has very important significance. Under the condition of market economy, talent is the enterprise development indispensable important factors, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, talent is the root of the enterprise, talent is the first core of enterprise development, enterprise existence and development is the premise of have a large number of talents. At the same time, the brain drain problem also brings considerable harm to the enterprise, greatly influences the development of the enterprise. At present our country small and medium-sized enterprises of the frequent flow of people, the brain drain is serious, it may cause deadly threat to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. How to keep the core talents to improve the core competitiveness of small and medium-sized enterprises, is facing the small and medium-sized enterprise urgent and realistic issue.
