苏州科技学院本科毕业设计(论文) 宝洁公司员工培训实践分析 摘 要 随着经济的持续发展,人力资源在社会生产中发挥着不可复制与不可替代的 巨大作用,成为企业市场竞争中取胜的法宝之一。培训作为人力资源管理的关键 一环,不仅是人力资源积累和优化的主要措施,而且也成为人力资源提高和开发 的主要途径。本文选取宝洁公司为研究对象,从培训有效性的角度出发,结合相 关案例,通过宝洁公司的现状分析、发现问题、提出建议和借鉴等几方面,比较 全面的研究和评价了宝洁公司培训体系特点等相关内容,旨在研究如何提高企业 培训的效果,从而起到人力资源积累提高和优化的目的,对相关企业的培训实践 具有一定的指导意义。 关键词 人力资源管理;培训与开发;宝洁公司;实践分析 I 苏州科技学院本科毕业设计(论文) Practical Analysis of Procter Gamble’s training Abstract With the continued development of economic, human resources play an irreplaceable role in social production,which is both powerful and can not be copied and have become one of the magic weapon in the business market. As the the traditional and key part of human resources management, training is not only the the main measure of accumulation and optimization of human resources, but also become the main way to improve and develop human resources.This paper is targed by Procter Gamble from the perspective of the effectiveness of training and combined with some related cases. By the current analysis, identifying problems, making suggestions of Procter Gamble,a more comprehensive study and evaluation of the training system is done and targeted by Procter Gamble and other related content, as to study how to improve the effectiveness of corporate training,which serves the purpose of improving and optimizing the accumulation and provides with some guidance on training practice of related businesses.
