毕业论文 题 目: 连锁零售业物流配送研究 院系名称： 管 理 学 院 专业班级： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导老师： 老师职称: 20XX年6月 摘 要 连锁经营作为一个优异商业组织形式和经营制度，最早发迹于零售业，而且日益渗透到餐饮业及其它行业中，最终成为现代西方发达国家流通领域关键组织形式和经营方法。中国连锁经营从90年代起步，因为政府大力扶持和企业主动开拓，现在已初具规模。从城市到农村，从传统零售业到现代IT业，全部能寻觅到连锁经营踪影，连锁经营正成为中国商业领域中最成功经营方法，表现出强大生命力和扩张能力。 本文首先叙述了连锁零售业物流配送基础理论，介绍了连锁经营内涵和特点，配送基础理论和连锁企业物流配送特点；然后经过对中国连锁零售企业物流配送发展现实状况调查研究，指出了中国连锁经营物流配送中存在问题，并针对问题，就怎样高效率、低成当地开展连锁零售业物流配送，提出了对应处理策略；最终以国美为例进行案例分析，意在对连锁零售业实施物流配送提供指导和借鉴。 伴随大家对物流配送理论研究深入，新设备新技术利用，企业管理水平提升，连锁企业物流配送系统肯定会改变现在相对落后局面，成为不停提升连锁企业效率和效益巨大推进力量。 关键词 连锁零售业 物流配送 配送中心 Title Research on the distribution of Chain retail ABSTRACT Chain-business, acted as an advanced commercial form and business System, made its own way from retailing and infiltrated increasingly through the different trades. Now it has become the important fashion in the current field of the contemporary developed countries. Domestic chain-business, which is underway from the 1990s, has been scabbled owing to the governmental affirmative support and the aspiring deportation of the enterprises. From city to country and from conventional retailing to present-day IT trade, we all can see the trace of the chain-business. Chain-business is becoming the most successful trade manner of domestic business field and putting up the strong vitality and outstretched trend. This paper analyzes first the logistics management actuality in domestic chain-business, introduced a chain of content and features, the basic theory and distribution chain logistics and distribution enterprises of the characteristics. then point out the problems of Chinas logistics and distribution chain operations, through the domestic retail chain logistics and distribution enterprises in the development of research. And tackle the problem on how high efficiency, low-cost retail chain to carry out the logistics,raise the correspondi
