PAGE I 上海变压器厂员工薪酬管理的研究 摘　 要 薪酬管理与企业 发展是相辅相成的。一方面，薪酬管理的目的是为了在保障员工的基本生活的同时，充分激励、发挥员工的能力，实现企业战略发展所需要的核心竞争力；另一方面，企业核心竞争力的发挥，为薪酬管理提供有利的支持。现代企业的竞争，归根结底是人才的竞争，如何吸引人才、留住人才是企业的当务之急，薪酬作为企业必须付出的人力成本，同时也是吸引和留住优秀人才的重要手段。薪酬不仅仅是金钱激励，实质上已成为企业激励机制中一种复杂的激励方式，隐含着成就激励、地位激励等， 科学合理的薪酬管理能够从多角度激发员工强烈的工作欲望，成为员工全身心投入工作的主要动力之一，同时也是企业合理控制劳动力成本，稳定企业与员工的劳动关系，构建和谐企业的前提。 本文首先从上海变压器厂员工薪酬的现状来阐述，然后分析了目前上海变压器厂员工薪酬存在问题的原因，最好给出了如何加强上海变压器厂员工薪酬管理的对策。 关键词：薪酬管理，竞争力，人才  ABSTRACT Compensation management and enterprise development are mutually reinforcing.
