清洁切口手术目标性监测分析 李莉 广德县人民医院院感办 [摘要 ]目的 : 了解我院手术患者 1 类切口感染相关因素 ,围手术期抗菌药物应用情况 ,为有效控制手术切口感染提供依据 , 降低手术切口感染的发生。 方法 :采用前瞻性调查的方法 ,使用表格对手术患者进行监控 ,对调查资料分析汇总 ,及时反馈给临床 , 同时采取相应的干预措施。 结果 :2013 年 10 月到 2014 年 6 月共监测手术患者 903 例 ,手术切口感染 5 例 ,感染率 0.55%,383 例 患者使用抗生素 ,520 例未使用 ,与以前相比有明显的改善 ;5 例感染患者一例术前术后都使用了抗生素。 4 例在术前没有使用抗 生素 ,术后出现感染时才使用抗感染药物 ,有 2 例联合用药 ,2 例一联。切口分泌物培养为金黄色葡萄球菌 ;手术切口感染与患者 基础疾病、手术持续时间、手术医师操作技术、围手术期不合理使用抗生素有关。 结论 :手术切口目标性监测能有效的降低 手术切口感染率和规范围手术期抗菌药物的使用。 关键词 : 手术部位 ;感染 ;目标性监测 Analysis of clean incision operation objective monitoring Li Li Guangde County Peoples hospital to do the 242200 sense [Abstract] Objective: To investigate the factors related to operation patients in our hospital in 1 kinds of incision infection, peri operation period of antimicrobial application, provide the basis for the effective control of operation incision infection, reduce the operation incision infection. Results: 2013 October to 2014 June 903 cases of operation patients were monitored, 5 cases of operation incision infection, the infection rate was 0.55%, 383 patients used antibiotics, 520 patients did not use, are significantly improved compared with the previous 5 cases; infection in a patient with preoperative and postoperative use of antibiotics. In 4 patients with no preoperative use of antibiotics, postoperative infection occurred only when the use of anti infective drugs, 2 cases of combined use of drugs, 2 cases of joint.
