GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT THIS GENERAL SERVICE AGREEMENT (the Agreeme nt) dated this day of BETWEEN: XXX of (地址) (the Client)甲方 -AND - XXX of (地址) (the Co ntractor).乙方 BACKGROUND: The Clie nt is of the opinion that the Con tractor has the n ecessary qualificati ons, experie nce and abilities to provide services to the Clie nt. IN CONSIDERATION OF the matters described above and of the mutual ben efits and obligatio ns set forth in this Agreeme nt, the receipt and sufficie ncy of which con siderati on is hereby ack no wledged, the Clie nt and the Con tractor (in dividually the Party and collectively the Parties to this Agreeme nt) agree as follows: Services Provided The Clie nt hereby agrees to en gage the Con tractor to provide the Clie nt with services (the Services) con sisti ng of: o Provide payment services.(服务内容) The Services will also in elude any other tasks which the Parties may agree on. The Con tractor hereby agrees to provide such Services to the Clie nt. In the eve nt that either Party wishes to termi nate this Agreeme nt, that Party will be required to provide 30 days writte n no tice to the other Party. This Agreement may be terminated at any time by mutual agreement of the Parties. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreeme nt, the obligati ons of the Con tractor will end upon the term in ati on of this Agreeme nt. Performa nee The Parties agree to do everything necessary to ensure that the terms of this Agreement take effect.
