美好生活从学会感激开始 If you are feeli ng that life just cannot be any worse for you, it can be challe nging to thi nk that positive thoughts. When we are stressed, depressed,upset or otherwise in a n egative state of mind because we perceive that bad things keep happe ning to us, it is importa nt to shift those n egative thoughts to something positive. If we don t, we will only attract more bad things. It is often hard to think positive whe n so many things are n egative, but i assure you that some one, somewhere is worse off tha n you. We can choose to thi nk differe ntly by begi nning with the smallest step. If you start a small, positive thing and repeat it duri ng the course of your day, you will beg in to move into a more positive situati on: positive thoughts, feeli ngs, opport un ities and people will start show ing up in you life. With practice, you will find that over time, you will cha nge your outlook and choose to be happy, regardless of the eve nts around you. Here are a few examples for you to practice. Say them out loud with feeli ng! Begi n and end each day with a “ tha nk you for the won derful, glorious day ” When you see the gas price hiking , say i am so glad that i am blessed to have a vehicle in which to go around. When you are late for work, say i am so happy and grateful for my job i know that many don t have one. If you are hav ing health problem, be grateful for what does work: i really do appreciate my eyes that see, my ears that hear,my mouth that tastes, my legs that walk, my arms that lift, my hands that write, my mind that thi nks, my kn ees that bend and my ton gue that talks. The possibilities here are en dless: in sert what does work for you and feel good for you. Write dow n what you are grateful for each day .In mome nts whe n you are feeli ng really dow n, read what you wrote previously. This will help uplift your spirits.
