教学设计
Ready for class:
1 Greet with each other and communicate with the Ss.
2 Divide the class into several groups of 4.
3 Teach the Ss how to use the learning case and how to evaluate themselves with the learning case.
★Before reading:
1 Guessing game: Imitate the leader of a band, ask the Ss to guess what I am.
2 Learn and practice new words: fan, forever, modern, southern, abroad, one another.
Tell the Ss I’m a leader of a band, and ask the Ss to read the words according to my command.
Task 1: Ready for reading.
1 Golden ears:
Lead the Ss to a concert to enjoy the beautiful music. Watch three videos to tell what kind of music they are.
2 Lead the Ss to look at the title and the picture to guess the main meaning of the passage, and introduce the topic A Country Music Song Changed Her Life Forever.
3 Number the paragraphs
Tip 1:

4 Evaluate themselves.
